This workshop draws from the musical concepts of legato (smooth & continuous) and staccato (precise and separate) and applies them to dance. A series of combinations will be taught that incorporate dynamics, musicality and transitions to add richness to your dance.

The workshop will begin with a short lecture and demonstration of the concepts before Tava and Sira teach the combinations. Participants will learn to seamlessly pair clean accented movements with gooey and continous flow.
