We will continue to bring you Dace + Community + Culture (and a bit of shopping) with cultural dance performances, a mini-lesson, light fare, interactive elements and lots of heart. Tava's lining up some incredible guest performers and her students are already busy learning their choreography to share with you.

Try Tribal Improv Belly Dance in a relaxed, fun environment! Tricia Hurley of Star City Tribal will be teaching a one hour workshop for the absolute beginner! and only $15!
Tribal Bellydance is a fusion of Middle Eastern, Indian, Central Asian, North African, and Spanish dance, performed in a lead and follow format, in which dancers communicate to each other through movement. This fun form of art and exercise is appropriate for all ages and body types.
After the workshop, grab some food and drink and enjoy the bellydance show with music by Gypsy Funk Squad! Performances by Star City Tribal, Dalia, and Melania &Tricia! Show starts at 8:00. Learn Armenian Line Dancing with Ohannes! And try out your new moves on the dance floor!

Taking inspiration from the 20's and 30's dark cabaret we will proudly express our femininity. We will be playing between drama and irony dancing new original cabaret-fusion combinations.

The deep rhythm of the drum played by the talented Pete List will lead our bodies in some wild drills. Get ready to explore the infinite ways to coordinate your body through tribal fusion and bellydance language.

BE LIQUID AND MOVE FLUIDLY
Starting from deep breaths, let your body create slow and fluid movements.
Through exercises and combinations we will transform our bodies into liquid to explore the many possibilities of waves, undulations and circles.
Beginner/intermediate level

TRIBAL FUSION INFUSION
Challenge yourself, exploring new movements and dynamics. Strength, precision, variation in speed, turns, undulations, suspensions, levels, shapes, and poses. The correct combination of all these elements guided by attentive musical listening will be the secret to a perfect, organic and original style.

In this workshop students will be bonding with the Sword as a dance tool towards achieving improvement in their dance techniques.
Through the use of Sword poses and combinations we will form a bridge to your core feminine presence.
We will also learn a choreography that pulls upon our feminine core. This dance symbolizes women’s struggle against the tide of today’s sexual harassment issues. You will be unveiling the passionate expression of “You” through this workshop.
